The Phobya CPU waterblock for example is designed to offer maximum cooling performance with minimum weight. The patent pending Microlayer technology allows highly efficient cooling directly above the DIE respectively heatspreader with truly exceptionally thin material layers of only 1mm. Through the also 1mm thick middle layer the coolant is injected and collected by the miniature backflow channels into the output channel.
